nano@stanford
Main content start
nano@stanford offers paid, hands-on internships for local Bay Area community college students interested in nanoscale science and engineering. This program provides an introduction to how materials are fabricated and characterized at the nano- and microscale. Interns work in a cleanroom or mass spectrometry lab, gaining experience collecting and reporting data while collaborating with staff to support lab operations. No prior experience is required. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Stanford’s expert staff mentors and develop valuable, transferable technical skills in a professional research environment.
